Australian and United States Services in Education, (AUSSIE) is a professional development company renowned for their math and literacy consulting in over 650 schools in New York, Australia and New Zealand. Digital School Solutions is AUSSIE's new team of educational consultants focused on providing customized embedded professional development for schools across the country informed by the NETS standards.
During the 2009-2010 school year Rhys will be consulting with four New York City schools to develop school-wide initiatives to integrate technology into daily practice. Beginning in 2008 at PS 334, he has helped develop school-wide technology plans, establish and promote Online Learning Networks, and the plan and integrate units of study that incorporate the use of 21st Century tools and concepts across school curricula. (Our sister organization, Dtek Digital Media, built both AUSSIE and DSS's websites.)
