Super Battery Fairy PSA awarded a 2010 Chase Multimedia in the Classroom Award!

Students shoot a PSA at PS 124Super Battery Fairy, a PSA on recycling rechargeable batteries by Class 4-302 at PS 124 will be showing at the Thirteen/WNET, WLIW21 Celebration of Teaching and Learning as a winner of the 2010 Chase Multimedia in the Classroom Awards Competition.

The Chase Multimedia in the Classroom projects are collaborations between teachers and students showing how they can use technology to creatively enhance their learning experiences. It’s open to all K-12 teachers and their students in public and non-public schools in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut).

Congrats to the students at PS 124, and Mr. Marsano for their hard work and vision! Stop by the Chase Awards Booth (#104) at the Celebration to see the video and hopefully some of the stars!
