Andy and Mr. Rhys's project serves, indeed, as another way, novel and exciting, to digest the curriculum, but much more importantly, it allows kids to consider how the medium of TV and movies work--what it insists on and what it conforms to. My goal is to understand the dangers as well as the benefits of technologies--to wake our sleepwalking culture to their effects.
